Favorite thing about the UC: My favorite aspect of the University Center is that it is a hub for all students, clubs/orgs, faculty, and staff to embrace their college spirit. From having the MOSAIC Center which accommodates all students and clubs while being fully embracing them to having access to Student Life, Campus Store, the Game Room, and Clyde's Gastropub there are certainly many resources that are made available for students to wind back, relax, and enjoy their college experience.
Why did you choose to be part of the UC Advisory Board: I decided to become a part of the UC Advisory Board because the University Center is one of the most important locations on campus. It is not only a location for students to gather information or resources but to enjoy their free time as well. My desire for impact includes advocating for students to have a say in how the Student Life and University Center in general can be improved!! Whether it be receiving innovative ideas from students/faculty or just reaching out to various students, clubs, or areas around campus. I want everyone to have a say and give their input as to how the UC may be improved so that everyone can have a comfortable college experience while feeling represented.
